International museums expert Elaine Heumann Gurian delivered a compelling keynote address to close the BC Museums Association’s annual conference in Whistler on October 14, 2016. Elaine has kindly made the speech available to share with conference delegates, BCMA members and the community at large, along with a set of worksheets to help museums create more welcoming environments.
