Trade Show 2015 FAQs
Table-top displays ONLY. No booths or full-height backdrops can be accommodated.
- Where: Anvil Centre, New Westminster. Fourth floor.
- When: October 26 and 27, 2015
- Load in: 7:30 – 9:00 am Monday, Oct 26
- Load out: 3pm Tuesday, October 27
Exhibitor registration includes:
- TWO exhibitor passes, allowing entry October 26 and 27
- Opening ceremonies, two keynote speakers
- Access to plenary sessions
- All refreshment breaks
- Lunch on October 27
- Tickets available for additional events (receptions, awards gala, walking tour etc.) in advance, at delegate price
- 6-foot table, draped, with 2 chairs
Spaces reserved and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Limited spaces available and may be assigned based on technical needs, space requirements, etc. Electrical outlet accessible with own extension cord.
Cost for Exhibitors:
Early Owl until Sep 11:
- $400 for BCMA Affiliate members (proof of membership required upon check in)
- $500 for Non-members
- $150 for each additional booth rep
From Sep 12 – October 23:
- $500 for BCMA Affiliate members (proof of membership required upon check in)
- $600 for Non-members
- $150 for each additional booth rep
