Trade Show 2015 FAQs

Table-top displays ONLY. No booths or full-height backdrops can be accommodated.

  • Where: Anvil Centre, New Westminster. Fourth floor.
  • When: October 26 and 27, 2015
  • Load in: 7:30 – 9:00 am Monday, Oct 26
  • Load out: 3pm Tuesday, October 27

Exhibitor registration includes:

  • TWO exhibitor passes, allowing entry October 26 and 27
  • Opening ceremonies, two keynote speakers
  • Access to plenary sessions
  • All refreshment breaks
  • Lunch on October 27
  • Tickets available for additional events (receptions, awards gala, walking tour etc.) in advance, at delegate price
  • 6-foot table, draped, with 2 chairs

Spaces reserved and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Limited spaces available and may be assigned based on technical needs, space requirements, etc. Electrical outlet accessible with own extension cord.

Cost for Exhibitors:

Early Owl until Sep 11:

  • $400 for BCMA Affiliate members (proof of membership required upon check in)
  • $500 for Non-members
  • $150 for each additional booth rep

From Sep 12 – October 23:

  • $500 for BCMA Affiliate members (proof of membership required upon check in)
  • $600 for Non-members
  • $150 for each additional booth rep
